The zine

All the art, writing, and photography created during the zine making workshops and using the resource packs are celebrated in this exhibition. But we also wanted to have something tangible for all our participants to hold onto, something they can re-read and share and keep, so of course we had to make a zine!

Rabbits Road Press

Our beautiful cover was printed in full riso colour by Rabbits Road Press. RRP are a community risograph print studio and publishing press founded and run by OOMK. The small scale publishing press is based at Old Manor Park Library and provides printing and book binding services for artists and community groups based in Newham and beyond.

We were really pleased to work with this Newham based print studio and we would encourage everyone who took part in our zine making workshops to continue making zines and radical prints and get involved with RRP and learn about the amazing zine communities available in East London.

Rachel Littlewood from Rabbits Road Press also hosted one of the Message in a Bottle zine making workshops and provided this video introduction to Rabbits Road Press.
